Background of the Organization : HELP Cox’s Bazar is a pioneer NGO in this locality particularly only one Ukhiya based NGO registered with the department of social services under the Ministry of Social welfare in 2001 as well as affiliated in the NGO affairs Bureau under the Prime Minister Office in 2006.
